Wildfire Technology was founded in 2003. We had been developing complex websites and delivering global ecommerce solutions but were frustrated by the limitations and usability of the systems available at the time. So with our background in multimedia and engineering we set to work building our own e-commerce enabled content management system that anyone could use.
In early 2004 we released the first version of Spark CMS and over the next two years we successfully delivered Spark based solutions to private, public and third sector organizations to run their websites.
In 2006 Wildfire Technology was delighted to be chosen to develop and manage web solutions for Arnold Clark, the biggest independently owned car dealer in Europe with over two hundred branches and a turnover in excess of two billion.
Our initial task was developing their flagship website ArnoldClark.com on our Spark CMS. Development and rollout was carried out to Arnold’s tight deadline and following a successful launch they benefitted from increased traffic and awards.

Following our success with arnoldclark.com we went on to develop a suite of business critical management applications to assist their marketing and branch teams to manage stock and branch information, create press and online adverts, and distribute vehicle data feeds.
Our systems continue to deliver tangible productivity gains throughout their entire organisation, branches can advertise vehicles faster to multiple advertising channels.

With the wealth of experience gained from working with these different business operations we saw an opportunity in 2012 to develop Busibricks, a process centric CRM system designed to simplify business operations and raise productivity.
We knew that good people management was at the heart of every productive business and that a good CRM was key to achieving this.
We found the CRM market to be populated with expensive sales centric systems and for a businesses to get what they want they typically had to be customised. These systems allowed the management of customer and supplier records and provided sales pipelines to record activity.
We felt that a CRM with the power to deliver bespoke business processes would provide far broader scope and deliver more than standard sales and marketing functionality.
